Saint Raphael Health announced that its affiliate, St. Raphael Health – Dallas, acquired substantially all of the assets of the former First Baptist Medical Center in Dallas. The hospital now operates under new ownership and management, with a focus on practical coordination, clear communication and a more welcoming experience.
