Services we provide free of charge
To people with disabilities, to help them communicate effectively with us:

You can file a grievance in person, by mail, fax or email. If you need help filing one, the Civil Rights Coordinator is available to help you.

Language assistance
Interpreters are provided free of charge. The hospital uses InDemand Interpreting for its language line, and an interpreter can join in one of two ways: by video, on a tablet the hospital keeps on site, or by telephone. Ask for one at any point during your visit.
Sign language interpreting is available, and written information can be provided in large print, audio and other accessible formats.
